Return Refund Policy

Part 1 - Limited Warranty



These KEYIMEI after-sales policies (hereinafter referred to as "policies") only apply to KEYIMEI products you purchase from KEYIMEI's official website or the KEYIMEI online store on the website, such as eBay, Amazon, and AliExpress. For purchases made through an Authorised KEYIMEI reseller, please contact them directly. Products sold by KEYIMEI or an authorized KEYIMEI reseller come with their own unique security code, which you can find in the product listing, or contact us at https://www.hzkym.com/pages/return-refund-policy and provide your order receipt for confirmation.



How to get warranty service

If the product does not work properly during the warranty period, you can contact us for after-sales service at https://hzkym.com/pages/after-sales-support and let us know what we can do to help you. Going to our FAQ page or reviewing the instruction manual before making a warranty claim can save you time fixing your problem in the first place.


What will KeYiMei do?

Keyimei will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue via Whatsapp or E-Mail. 
If your issue cannot be resolved via email, Keyimei will arrange for an accessory replacement if the issue is covered by this limited warranty.

For quality-related warranty claims, the item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value if available, otherwise, a new item will be sent. All replacement warranties follow the same warranty period as the original defective product.

*Warranty period may vary due to local laws and regulations.


Use of Personal Contact Information

By obtaining after-sales service under this policy, you authorize Keyimei to store your contact information, including name, phone number, shipping address, and email address. We will keep your information safe.

Part II - General Terms

Keyimei guarantees that refunds, replacements, and warranty repairs can be requested subject to the following conditions. For more information, please contact Keyimei or your authorized Keyimei dealer. You will need to complete a refund or repair form, which should be sent to us with the product.


Request return service

√ Within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the product if it is free of manufacturing defects and still in new condition.
√ Within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the product if the product has a manufacturing defect.
√ If the product is defective, more than fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the product, return shipping must be borne by the buyer.

× Requested seven (7) calendar days after receipt of product.
× Products sent to Keyimei for return and refund service do not include all original accessories, accessories, or packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. has cracks, dents, or scratches.
× No legal proof of purchases, receipts, or invoices is provided or reasonably believed to be forged or falsified.
× Any malfunction or damage to the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. have tampering or signs of tampering.
× Product damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, high wind, or lightning strike.
× The product has not been delivered to Keyimei within seven (7) calendar days of the confirmation of the refund service from Keyimei.
× Other situations specified in this policy.


Request replacement service

√ Within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the product, if the product suffers significant damage in transit, provided that Flyingbear can always be provided with proof of damage from the carrier.
√ Within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the product if the product does not correspond to the product's original description in one or more important respects.
√ Within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the product in the event of a performance failure.


Replacement service will not be provided

× Request service within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of product.
× No legitimate proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is provided or reasonably believed to be forged or tampered with.
× Products sent to Keyimei for replacement do not include all original accessories, accessories, and packaging, or contain items damaged by user error.
× After all appropriate testing by Keyimei, the product has been found to be free of defects.
× Any malfunction or damage to the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
× Product labels, serial numbers, watermarks, etc. have been tampered with or altered.
× Damage caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, high wind, or lightning strike.
× The product received has not been sent back to Keyimei within seven (7) calendar days of Keyimei's confirmation of the replacement.
× Proof of damage in transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
× Other situations specified in this policy.


Shipping charges must be borne by the buyer in the following cases

√ Return the product for any reason other than a proven defect

√ Buyer returns unexpectedly

√ Return personal items

√ Returned items claimed to be defective but found to be in working condition by Keyimei quality control

√ Return defective items in international shipping

√ Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of an approved warranty process)


Parts replacement for quality-related issues

From the date of purchase, items sold directly by Flyingbear are covered by an extensive warranty against all quality-related defects. The replacement part provided by Flyingbear may not be new, but it will be in good working order and at least functionally under the same warranty as the original product or part. Replacement parts should be available for the remainder of the original product warranty period.


What to do before getting after-sales service

√ Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase
√ Keyimei must document what happens when the buyer troubleshoots the product
√ Requires the serial number of the defective item and/or visible evidence describing the defect
√ May need to return for quality inspection


Proof of valid purchase:

 
  1. Order number purchased online through Keyimei or an authorized Keyimei reseller
  2. Sales Invoice
  3. A dated sales receipt from an authorized Keyimei dealer showing the product description and its price
Note that processing a warranty claim may require more than one type of proof of purchase (such as a money transfer receipt and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally shipped).
